Content Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
Our community guidelines: what you may not post, stream, sell or launch on kre8, how to report it, and what we do about it.
Why we have these rules
kre8 is a place to post, stream and sell movies, music and Shorts, and to launch coins for them. It only works if people can trust what they see. These rules apply to everything on kre8: posts, comments, tracks, art, videos, Shorts, live streams and their chat, messages, profiles, .gully names, coins and their names, tickers and images, ads, quests and offers.
They are part of our Terms of Service. When we say "we" or "us", we mean Gully Labs LLC, the company that runs kre8.
No sexual or adult content
kre8 does not allow sexual or adult content of any kind. That includes nudity, pornography, sexualised images, video, audio, text and live streams, sexual services, and links to any of these elsewhere.
Marking a post as sensitive, adding a content warning, giving a video a maturity label, or putting it behind a membership, pay-per-view or rental does not make it allowed. Those labels are for themes like violence or strong language, never for sexual content.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualisation of minors are never allowed, in any form, including drawn, animated, AI-generated or edited content, and including links to it.
When we find it or are told about it, we remove it, keep the evidence the law requires us to keep, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
What else is not allowed
You may not post, upload, stream, message, sell, advertise, launch or link to:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: intimate images or video of anyone shared without their consent, including fakes and "deepfakes".
- Harassment and threats: bullying, threats of violence, doxxing (publishing someone's private details), encouraging others to target someone.
- Hate: attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease.
- Violence and self-harm: gore shared to shock, glorifying violent attacks, or promoting or encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
- Scams and market abuse: rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, fake giveaways, phishing, wallet drainers, fake airdrops, promising returns, wash trading or other market manipulation.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, creator, brand or project, or to be kre8, Gully Labs or our team, including look-alike names, tickers, logos and .gully names. Parody must be clearly labelled.
- Stock coins: coins that are named, ticked or presented as shares, stock or tokenized equity of a real company, or as a claim on its profits. kre8 never lists stock tokens and creators may not launch them.
- Illegal content, goods and services: anything illegal where you are or in the United States, including drugs, weapons, stolen data, counterfeit goods and money laundering.
- Malware and abuse of kre8: viruses, malicious links, spam, fake engagement, bots that pretend to be people, or anything that breaks or gets around our security, limits or payments.
- Someone else's work: content you have no right to share. See Copyright.
How to report
Use the Report button where you see the content:
- Posts: the post menu.
- Tracks and art: the Report button on the work. You can pick copyright, hate or harassment, sexual content, violence or threats, spam or scam, or something else.
- Videos, Shorts and live streams: the Report button on the player. Reasons include copyright, hate, sexual content, violence, spam, illegal content and other.
- Live chat and messages: report a message as spam or harassment.
For anything without a Report button (for example a profile, a coin or a .gully name), or if you want to tell us more, email [email protected] with the link, what is wrong and how you found it. Put Child safety in the subject for anything involving a minor. We do not tell the person you reported who reported them. Copyright owners can also send a formal notice as described on our Copyright page.
What we do about it
Our team reviews reports. When several people report the same track or artwork, it is flagged for review. Depending on what we find, we may:
- remove a post, track, artwork, video or Short, or switch off a live stream; removed tracks and videos show as unavailable;
- stop featuring a coin and remove its posts and media from kre8;
- limit, suspend or terminate the account behind it, and remove its .gully name from kre8 surfaces;
- report it to the authorities where the law requires it or someone is at risk.
How we respond depends on how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before. CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, scams and threats lead to removal and usually immediate termination. Repeated breaches lead to termination.
Coins, trades, .gully names and anything else recorded on Gully Chain are public and permanent. We can remove them from kre8, but we cannot change or delete a token contract or a transaction on chain. Content stored on IPFS may also stay on other IPFS nodes after we remove it from kre8.
Appeals
If you think we removed your content or limited your account by mistake, email [email protected] from the account's contact address or with the account's wallet address, and say what was removed and why you think it was a mistake. We will review it in good faith. For copyright removals, use the counter-notice process on the Copyright page.
Changes
We may update this policy as kre8 changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
