About these terms

Thank you for using kre8. When we say "Gully Labs", "we", "our" or "us", we mean Gully Labs LLC, Oregon, USA, the company that builds and runs kre8. When we say "kre8" or the "Services", we mean kre8.fun, its test app testnet.kre8.fun, the kre8 mini apps in Telegram, Farcaster and Discord, and the kre8 APIs. When we say "you", we mean the person using kre8, or the company you use it for (you confirm you may accept these terms for it).

By using kre8, signing in or paying for anything on it, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Content Policy and our Copyright policy. If you do not agree, please do not use kre8.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for a significant change we also say so in the app before it takes effect. Using kre8 after that means you accept the new version. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, that does not mean we waive it. These terms limit our liability and contain important risk warnings about crypto assets.

Who may use kre8

1. You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract. Payments, trading, launching coins and creator payouts are for adults only.
2. You may not use kre8 if you, or anyone you act for, are the target of sanctions (including the lists kept by the US Treasury's OFAC, the UN, the EU or the UK), or are in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions. You must not use a VPN or anything else to get around a restriction based on where you are.
3. You must be a human. Accounts created or run by bots are not allowed, except API clients you register as a developer.
4. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax law.

Your account

1. Your kre8 account is a wallet that you control. When you use a passkey, the keys stay on your device; we never hold them and cannot recover them, move your funds or reverse your transactions. Gully ID (a separate Gully Labs product with its own terms (opens in a new tab)) handles sign-in and account recovery.
2. You are responsible for keeping your devices, passkeys and any seed phrase safe, and for everything done through your account. We never ask for a seed phrase, passkey or code. Check the official links before you trust anyone claiming to be us.
3. Tell us at [email protected] at once if you think someone else is using your account.

Testnet

testnet.kre8.fun runs on Gully Chain Testnet. Test ETH and every token, coin, quest reward, earning, pass, name and other asset on a testnet have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, can be reset, paused or removed at any time, and must not be sold or promised as having value. Dollar amounts shown on testnet are for reference only.

Information, not advice

Prices, charts, market caps, holder maps, trending lists, trust signals, scores, badges and every other figure on kre8 are information only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation or an offer to buy, sell, hold or launch anything. Data comes from blockchains, indexers, price feeds and other sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice where you need it.

Creator coins and trading

1. How launches work. A coin launched on kre8 goes straight to a liquidity pool on Gully Core, Gully Chain's exchange, with its liquidity locked. There is no bonding curve. Each coin's supply is fixed at launch (1 billion tokens by default). Older coins launched on the legacy bonding-curve launcher still trade, but new launches no longer use it.
2. Anti-snipe window. For the first 60 seconds after a launch, the trade fee starts at 50% and falls to the coin's normal fee, so bots cannot buy the whole launch in the first block.
3. Coins are not ours. Creators launch coins; we do not issue, sponsor, endorse or guarantee any coin, its price, liquidity or creator. A coin gives no ownership, dividend, profit share, vote or other right in a creator, a company or Gully Labs.
4. Trades are final. Trades run on smart contracts on Gully Chain from your own wallet. Once a transaction is confirmed we cannot reverse, cancel or refund it. You pay the network fee unless it is sponsored.
5. Risk. Creator coins are highly speculative. Prices can move very fast and fall to zero, liquidity can be thin, smart contracts can have bugs, and creators can stop working on what a coin is for. Only trade what you can afford to lose completely.
6. Never allowed. Rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, insider trading, market manipulation, promising returns, impersonating another creator or project, and coins presented as shares, stock or tokenized equity of a real company (see Stocks and the Content Policy).

Fees

The fees on kre8 are below. The exact amount of every payment is shown before you sign, and the smart contract that runs a coin, a pass or a name applies the fee it is set to. If a number here and the number shown in the app or set in the contract ever differ, the one shown before you sign applies. These are the fees of Gully Core launch release 2, live since November 4, 2026: every coin launched on kre8 from then on uses them. Coins launched before that and coins from legacy launchers keep the fees they launched with, shown on the coin's page. Fees are explained in the Help centre.

The protocol's 0.50% base fee stays the same whatever creator tax a coin has. Fees are paid in the token of the payment and go to the wallets set in the contracts. Prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for any taxes on what you buy, sell or earn.

Creator Terms

These terms apply to you as a creator: when you post, upload, stream, sell, launch a coin or earn on kre8.

1. Creating is free and self-serve. No plan, no approval. You may only publish work you own or have the right to share, under the creator upload terms, the Content Policy and the Copyright policy.
2. Your earnings. You earn the creator share shown in Fees: from your coin's trade fees (your half of the 1% base fee plus your creator tax, after kre8's 10% share of the tax), and 95% of memberships, pay-per-view, editions, tips and rentals. Ad revenue is shared 50/50 if and when ads run on kre8 (ads are not running today).
3. Holder rewards. You may route part of your own share of your coin's trade fees to your coin's holders, in 0.5% steps. The protocol's 0.50% is never used for this. Holder rewards are paid in periodic claim rounds; rewards not claimed within 30 days go to the protocol.
4. Payouts are on chain. Earnings are paid by smart contracts on Gully Chain to the wallet set for you, as the contract pays them; we do not hold your earnings for you. Payout wallets you set are your responsibility.
5. Your coin, your words. If you launch a coin, you are responsible for what you say about it. Never promise a price, a return, a buyback, a listing or a profit share, and never present it as an investment. Disclose paid promotions.
6. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your content, your fans' paid access as you describe it, and any taxes on your earnings. We may ask you to verify who you are before paying or featuring you.
7. What we may do. We may remove content, stop featuring a coin, hold back unpaid ad revenue tied to fraud, or limit an account that breaks these terms, as described in the Content Policy.

Gully Pass

1. Gully Pass costs $10 a month (10 USDC.e), paid on chain. It gives no-fee (sponsored) transactions on kre8 within fair-use limits, and access to Pass content. 95% of Pass revenue goes to the creators whose Pass content you play and 5% to kre8.
2. The price is set in the Gully Pass contract. A price decrease applies at once. A price increase applies only after at least 7 days' notice in the contract and the app, and the contract caps the price at 100 USDC.e a month. A pass you have already paid for is never repriced.
3. Sponsored transactions have limits (per hour, per day and per account) to stop abuse. We may change these limits, and pause sponsorship for an account that abuses it.
4. A pass runs for the period you paid for and is not refundable once paid, except where the law requires.

.gully names

1. A .gully name is a record on Gully Chain that points to your wallet. It is your handle and profile link on kre8. The price is shown before you sign and is set in the name registrar contract.
2. A name gives you no trademark or other rights in the name. Names that impersonate a person, brand or project, or that break the Content Policy, may be withheld, and we may stop showing them on kre8. Some brand and house names are reserved.
3. Because names are on chain, we cannot delete or transfer a name for you; we can only change how kre8 shows it.

Stocks

Trading tokenized stocks through a licensed partner is not available on kre8. Stock prices, charts, watchlists, holder maps, posts, polls and sentiment about stocks are information only. They are not an offer to buy or sell any security, not investment advice and not a solicitation. kre8 never lists stock tokens, and creators may not launch coins presented as stocks or shares.

Payments and refunds

1. You pay from your own wallet on chain, or through Gully Pay checkout (a separate Gully Labs product with its own terms (opens in a new tab)). A purchase from a creator, such as a membership, a tip or a pay-per-view item, is between you and that creator; kre8 takes the fee shown.
2. Blockchain payments are final and cannot be charged back. Payments are not refundable except where these terms or the law say otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to [email protected] and we will look at it in good faith.
3. Rentals, offers, quests and other features are available only where the app shows them; some are not available yet.

Your content and our rights

1. You keep the rights in what you post, upload, stream or send. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, show and distribute it as needed to run, promote and improve kre8 (including share cards and previews), for as long as it is on kre8, and you confirm you have the rights to give this licence. Content written to a blockchain or IPFS may stay there after you remove it from kre8.
2. All content must comply with the Content Policy and US copyright law. We do not pre-screen everything, but we may refuse or remove any content.
3. kre8, its design, code and copy, and the kre8 and Gully names, logos and mascots belong to Gully Labs or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use kre8, not ownership of it. Open-source code we publish comes under the licence in its repository instead. You may not use our names, logos or badges in a way that suggests we endorse you.
4. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you or owing you anything.

Acceptable use

You will not, and will not help anyone else to: break the Content Policy; use kre8 for fraud, scams, phishing, market manipulation or money laundering, or to hide where funds come from; collect data from accounts that are not yours; break, probe, overload or get around kre8's security, rate limits, sponsored-gas limits, payments or access controls (responsible disclosure to [email protected] is welcome); upload malware; run automated traffic that degrades kre8 for others; or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, including our team.

Developers and the API

If you use the kre8 API, embeds or webhooks, these terms apply to that use too. Keep your API keys secret. We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke keys that are abused or that put kre8 or its users at risk, and we are not liable for losses from your use of the API or from apps built on it.

Third-party services

kre8 depends on, links to or lets you use services run by others: blockchains and their nodes, wallets, bridges, cross-chain routes, Telegram, Farcaster, Discord and the platforms you cross-post to. We do not control them and are not responsible for them; their own terms and policies apply.

Changes to kre8 and prices

kre8 is changing fast. Features marked beta, testnet or coming soon may change, break, lose data or stop without notice. We may add, change or end any feature at any time. Prices set in a contract change only as that contract allows; other prices may change with notice in the app.

Suspension and termination

1. You may stop using kre8 at any time; to have your account's off-chain data deleted, write to [email protected].
2. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if your use puts kre8 or others at risk, or if the law or a sanctions rule requires it. Where practical we tell you first. Abuse or threats against our team lead to immediate termination.
3. Ending your access does not affect what is on chain: your wallet, coins, names and assets stay yours on Gully Chain. The sections on fees, content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive the end of these terms.

Disclaimers

Your use of kre8 is at your own risk. kre8 is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, secure, timely, accurate or free of errors, or that it will meet your needs. Blockchains can fork, congest, reorganise or fail; tokens can be changed by their issuers; smart contracts can have bugs; bridges and cross-chain routes can fail. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Gully Labs LLC and its members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or trading opportunities, arising from kre8 or these terms, even if told they were possible. We are not liable for losses from your trading or investment decisions, from transactions you sign, from funds sent to a wrong address, from lost keys or passkeys, or from a third-party protocol, token, chain or service.

Our total liability for all claims about kre8 or these terms is limited to the fees you paid Gully Labs in the prior 12 months. This never limits money Gully Labs already owes you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Gully Labs against claims by others, and the resulting losses, costs and reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your content, your coins and what you said about them, or your violation of the law or of someone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about kre8 or these terms will be decided only by the state and federal courts located in Oregon, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before going to court, please write to us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.

General and contact

These terms, with the policies they name, are the whole agreement between you and us about kre8. If a part is found invalid, the rest stays in force. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the business they relate to.
